When an app crashes, won’t install, or behaves oddly, we track down the cause and get you back on track—remotely or in person.

Why it matters

Software issues are frustrating and often hard to describe. Troubleshooting means we methodically check updates, settings, conflicts, and permissions so you don’t have to guess or reinstall everything from scratch. We fix the root cause when we can and explain what happened.

What we do

  • Crashes and errors – Reproduce or interpret error messages, check logs, and fix conflicts (drivers, conflicting software, or corrupted installs).
  • Install and update issues – Get software installing or updating correctly; we work around permission problems, missing runtimes, and blocked installers.
  • Performance and odd behavior – Slow apps, high CPU or disk usage, and “it used to work” situations; we identify the culprit and suggest fixes or alternatives.
  • Clear explanation – We tell you what we did and how to avoid or handle the issue again.

Scope

We focus on consumer and small-business software on Windows, macOS, and common Linux setups. We don’t do deep custom development but we do configuration, cleanup, and integration (e.g. email clients, browsers, backup tools).
