Off-Grid & Long-Range Comms (LoRa)
Request SupportMeshtastic builds, LoRaWAN gateways (TTN/Helium), and point-to-point links (Ubiquiti/Mikrotik) for off-grid and long-range communications.
Why it matters
When cell and internet aren’t available or you don’t want to depend on them, LoRa and long-range links give you private, low-bandwidth connectivity. Meshtastic devices form a mesh for text and location; gateways connect to LoRaWAN; and point-to-point wireless can span miles for backhaul or remote sites.
What we do
- Meshtastic builds and configuration – Flash and configure ESP32 LoRa boards; set up channels, regions, and device groups so you can message and share position off-grid.
- LoRaWAN gateways – Deploy and register gateways for The Things Network, Helium, or private LoRaWAN; we help with hardware choice, placement, and backend setup.
- Point-to-point links – Plan and install Ubiquiti, Mikrotik, or similar gear for wireless links between buildings or sites; we handle alignment, IP design, and basic monitoring.
- Integration – Connect LoRa sensors or Meshtastic to your existing network or dashboards when needed.
Who it’s for
Preppers, off-gridders, community networks, and anyone who wants resilient or independent connectivity without relying solely on cellular or cable.
