We come to you. Comfortable, patient support in your home so you don’t have to bring devices anywhere or figure it out alone.

Why it matters

Tech support is easier when it happens where you’re comfortable. In-person home visits mean we see your actual setup—your router, your desk, your devices—and we can fix, configure, and teach in the same place you use everything every day.

What we do

  • Same services, at your place – Device setup, ad and notification cleanup, photo and email help, and basic troubleshooting; we bring the same patience and clarity as in a shop or remote session.
  • Your environment – We can check your Wi‑Fi, plug in cables, and arrange things so they make sense for you.
  • No rush – Sessions are scheduled so we have time to explain, repeat, and practice until you’re comfortable.
  • Follow-up options – After a visit, we can do a short remote check-in or schedule another visit if something comes up.

Who it’s for

Home visits are ideal if you prefer face-to-face help, have several devices or one big issue, or find it hard to travel. We serve the local area; distance and availability can be discussed when you get in touch.
