Digital Literacy & Productivity

Request Support

Learn the essentials of using computers, the internet, and everyday apps so you can work and communicate with confidence.

Why it matters

Digital literacy isn’t about knowing every app—it’s about core skills: files and folders, email and browsing, security basics, and troubleshooting simple problems. We teach in plain language, at your pace, so you can use technology instead of being intimidated by it.

What we do

  • Files, folders, and storage – How to find, organize, and back up your files; cloud vs. local and when each makes sense.
  • Email and the web – Sending, receiving, and organizing email; safe browsing and how to spot scams and phishing.
  • Productivity basics – Documents, spreadsheets, and calendars; we focus on the 20% of features that cover 80% of daily use.
  • Security and privacy – Passwords, updates, and when to be skeptical; we keep it practical so you can protect yourself without becoming a security expert.

Format

One-on-one or small group; we use your device and your real tasks so skills stick. Sessions can be in person or remote.

Next step

Tell us what you want to get better at (email, files, security, etc.) and how you learn best. Request support and we’ll set up a session or short series.
