What we do
- Initial setup – Wi‑Fi, accounts (Apple ID, Google, etc.), and basic security (passcode, Find My, backup).
- Simplify the home screen – Fewer icons, larger text if you like, and a layout that makes sense to you.
- Notifications and permissions – We turn off or reduce alerts that distract, and only allow permissions that you’re comfortable with.
- Accessibility – Bigger text, voice control, and other options so the device works for your eyes and hands.

Sessions are one-on-one and at your pace. We explain what we’re changing and why, so you’re in control. Optional follow-up (in person or remote) keeps everything running smoothly.
