3D Printing & Prototyping

Request Support

Custom cases for LoRa nodes, drone parts, and one-off prototypes—we design and print so your project has the enclosure or part it needs.

Why it matters

Off-the-shelf enclosures often don’t fit odd-shaped boards or custom builds. 3D printing lets you get exactly the case, bracket, or prototype part you need without minimum order quantities or waiting for overseas tooling. We handle design (or adapt existing files) and print in-house.

What we do

  • Enclosures and cases – Custom boxes for LoRa nodes, Raspberry Pi, or other small boards; we allow for ports, antennas, and mounting.
  • Drone and FPV parts – Camera mounts, antenna holders, and other small parts that are hard to find or that you want in a specific material or color.
  • Prototyping – One-off or short-run parts to test fit and function before you commit to injection molding or other production.
  • Design tweaks – Modify existing STL or STEP files for your dimensions or add features; we don’t do full product design from scratch but we can adapt and iterate.

Materials and limits

We print in common thermoplastics (PLA, PETG, etc.); part size is limited by the printer bed. We’ll tell you up front if a part is too large or needs a material we don’t offer.

Next step

Describe the part or enclosure you need—dimensions, mounting, and quantity—and any reference files or photos. Request support and we’ll give you a quote and lead time.
